That is, initially the rock has a high potential energy. Then, its energy is converted into kinetic energy as it falls. So i understand energy is merely changing form.

But then it hits the ground. The rock ceases moving at a relative height of zero. Into what form was the enrgy converted? Is it converted into kinetic enrgy that travels through the particles of the ground? Thanks a lot!

Ive heard SO many diferent views on hybrids as to which is REALLY the best to buy…such as Ive heard that some of them arent very good on gas milege or dont have much power due to less power? I read something on the motley fool about how the big stock market boom of the last decade was the internet. I also read that the coming clean green renewable energy boom will be bigger than the internet by an order of magnitude. This means a multiple of 10. What does it mean by this do you think? Does it mean that stocks will go up 10x their value or will there just be 10x more companies than the internet ever had? What does it mean?

When households throw our garbage to the recycled bins, the local council pick up and send to the recycling center where the stuff get sorted. The recycling company will buy the sorted and baled products, where they will do further processing. Then what happens after that? Who buys from the recycling company ?

I am buying a ranch (about 1800 sq.ft.) in Georgia and will need to replace the carpet. I am looking for eco friendly options that will not cost a ridiculous amount. I was looking for bamboo flooring, but it looks like it is going to cost about a sq.ft. installed and I cannot afford that. Does anyone know if ceramic or porcelin floors are eco friendly or better than putting in hardwoods or new carpet. Please help!!!

Who can help me finding out what materials are being used to build Wind Turbines? And what is it depend on what material is used? Is 316 SS a possibility or is it Titanium because it light and not as heavy as SS, or is it a different material? Please help.
